Todd A. Meisler was born in Long Island, New York a decedent of Russian immigrants from Romania and Germany. He has spent most of his life in California from the age of 12. He is self taught in art and photography but studied music on both coasts. Expanding and manipulation with pencil, watercolor, acrylics, various props and digital composition, Todd works on developing his own technique in blending media's and application continuously.

He spent 22 years as a drummer and concert percussionist and has worked with many contemporary artists. He was lead vocalist and co- writer in a number of musical projects from 1985 on. He has worked under the direction of his father and various music teachers for the past 27 years. While creating music Todd has continued fine art reproduction and mixing media for limited reproductions.

With experience in the printing industry for 15 years led him to art direction positions working for New Riders Publishing (Que Macmillan Computer division) as an art director and manger of book production for 7 years. He is currently a business owner of a digital output service bureau in Culver City, California specializing in digital output from the Mac and PC platforms (PC Bureau, Inc.).

He is on the board at Art Institute of Los Angeles and continues working with new designers and artists right out of school to give them on the job opportunities and inspiration to prepare for production positions and future endeavors.
